Nuku Walk Food: Prepped for you, cook yourself
Your walk includes all main meals while you are on your journey with us. Our menu and produce is seasonal, so while we don’t stick to a set menu per se, we work around what is available, fresh, and nourishing for your epic adventure.
-
All fresh ingredients are provided, allowing you to create your own nourishing breakfast in the morning and then to make sandwiches or wraps to take along in your day pack. In the evening, dinner is easy and hassle-free, with options that require just a bit of simple cooking—or simply heat and enjoy.
We also provide plunger coffee, tea and drinking water. Please bring your own snacks and beverages.
-
When you book, we will ask you to stipulate any dietary requirements so we can prepare. We will do our best to cater to your requirements, please contact us if you’re not sure.
We do our utmost to accommodate serious dietary needs, including nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free requirements. However, as we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, we recommend that those with severe allergies bring along any essential snacks or food items for peace of mind.
Please remember we are very remote, and so accessing alternatives once you’re here can be very difficult. If you know you have some food intolerances or preferences, it is best to bring some options with you - particularly those requiring bread and milk alternatives.
